Brewers Basketball continued their strong start to the North Wales Basketball Association season with a 50 point blow-out of Caernarfon Kings.

The Kings, newcomers to the league last season, have improved greatly for 2017/18 and in the early stages made life difficult for the reigning league champions.

But the home side were not the only ones to have spent the off-season improving and the Brewers athleticism and focus proved critical. They maintained their pace and pressure deep into the third and fourth quarters as the Kings began to fatigue.

Aaron Rey finished as top scorer for the Brewers with 17 points but the LMC Lighting and Electrical Services MVP award went to Mike Embaye, who ran the point with ruthless efficiency to orchestrate a solid away win that took the Brewers unbeaten run to four games.
