Brewers Basketball and LMC Lighting and Electrical have extended their sponsorship for a third season as the team begins preparations for the 2019/20 North Wales Basketball League.

The Sandycroft-based electrical contractor becomes the Brewers longest-ever sponsor with the agreement, which will see the former Welsh Grand Slam champions kitted out in a brand new home uniform this year.

LMC Managing Director Steve Harrison said he was proud to continue the successful partnership.

“The Brewers is a fantastic club,” he said. “They have been building for some time and we have seen the progress they have made since we began supporting them.

“The Brewers have been offering basketball players the opportunity to continue playing competitively beyond youth level for years and their success is based on the fantastic team atmosphere. That is something the Brewers and LMC share and it is why we have extended our partnership.”

LMC carries out domestic and commercial electrical and lighting work, including LED lighting installations, throughout Flintshire and North Wales.

“Since LMC first came on board the Brewers have become the first team in North Wales to win all four trophies, including the national Terry Price Cup,” said Brewers chairman Adam Lloyd.

“This has been our most successful partnership since we formed in 2011 and we are aiming to make this another winning season for the Brewers and LMC!”
